Pricing

All prices are starting prices. Final pricing is based on your pet's breed, size, coat condition/length, behavior, grooming frequency, and the time required to safely complete the service. Additional fees may apply for matting, excessive undercoat, medicated shampoos, or services requiring additional time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 business hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed without proper notice may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service total. Sundays and days the salon is closed are not considered business hours.

Late Arrivals

Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may be adjusted, canceled, or considered a no-show. When accommodations can be made, late fees may apply.

Card on File & Payment

A valid card on file is required to reserve and maintain appointments. Payment is due at the time of pickup.

Pick-Up Policy

Pets should be picked up within one hour of being notified that grooming is complete. Daycare fees may apply to pets remaining beyond the pickup window.

Flea & Tick Policy

For the health and safety of all pets in our care, any pet found with fleas or ticks may require immediate treatment. Additional fees may apply. If an infestation is severe, we reserve the right to reschedule or decline the service to protect other pets and maintain a clean salon environment.

Rewash Policy

If a pet urinates, defecates, or otherwise soils themselves after grooming and requires additional bathing, drying, or cleaning, a rewash fee may apply based on the additional time and care required.

Health & Safety

The safety and well-being of every pet is our highest priority. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service if we believe it is in the best interest of the pet, our staff, or other pets in our care.
